Privacy policy

This page explains which personal data we process, why and for how long.

Data controller

WIPIT AB is the data controller. Contact details are at the bottom of the page.

Data we process

Name, email, encrypted password, language and country, the feeds and widgets you create, files you upload and payment details via our payment provider.

Activity log

For security we log events on your account, such as logins, changes and uploads, together with IP address and browser. The log is kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

reCAPTCHA

On forms we use Google reCAPTCHA to stop bots. Google then receives information about your browser and your behaviour on the page. Google’s privacy policy applies.

Where data is stored

Our servers are in the EU. Data is only shared with providers needed for the service, such as payments and email.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to processing. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
